A reason code of 1 indicates to issue a STOP first and then try starting the REORG. Have you tried issuing a STOP and then the REORG?

Subject: Reorg problems
Hi DBA's...
I am getting the following error on the reorg which I was running
REORG TABLE DATARECLAMOS.ERECLAMO INDEX DATARECLAMOS.PK_ERECLAMO
INPLACE ALLOW WRITE ACCESS START
SQL2219N The specified INPLACE table reorganization action on table
"DATARECLAMOS.ERECLAMO" is not allowed on one or more nodes. Reason code: "9".
based in other answer for the same problem, check the status of Reorg
on that table
Table Schema = DATARECLAMOS
Table Name = ERECLAMO
Table Type = User
Data Object Pages = 7078
Index Object Pages = 4046
Rows Read = Not Collected
Rows Written = 0
Overflows = 0
Page Reorgs = 0
Table Reorg Information:
Reorg Type =
Reclustering
Inplace Table Reorg
Allow Write Access
Reorg Index = 4
Reorg Tablespace = 7
Start Time =
Reorg Phase =
Max Phase =
Phase Start Time =
Status = Paused
Current Counter = 0
Max Counter = 7077
Completion = 0
End Time = 01/26/2008 23:10:15.106597
So, i tried to run this command
REORG TABLE DATARECLAMOS.ERECLAMO INDEX DATARECLAMOS.PK_ERECLAMO
INPLACE ALLOW WRITE ACCESS RESUME
SQL2219N The specified INPLACE table reorganization action on table
"DATARECLAMOS.ERECLAMO" is not allowed on one or more nodes. Reason code: "1".
And this is not the wrost i have the same problem for other tables,
please suggest me the solution.
