Another question rather than an answer. What about going the other way from ESE (v8.1) to WSE (v8.2)?

We bought new hardware that exceeds the license ability of WSUE (4 cpu
max) and need to upgrade to ESE. We have the license. Can we just run
db2licm to upgrade the license and db2iupdt, or do we need to do an
uninstall/install?
