looks like that dataset already existed and is trashed ? why dont you
re-build it, this is a test system, I hope.

Here is additional information that applies to the ABEND S04E for
DSNTIJTC.
My question is which job defines(Binds) this resource? I'm installing DB2
V9 and have successfully run the following jobs in this order:

1. DSNTIJMV - Updates PARM/PROC libraries. I excluded this job be cause I
made the updates manually.
2. DSNTIJCA - Defines ICF CATALOG. I excluded this job because I had
already made my catalog defs.
3. DSNTIJIN - Defines DBRMLIB, RUNLIB and SRCLIB. Ran Successfully.
4. DSNTIJUZ - Defines DB2 PARMS. Ran Successfully.
5. DSNTIJID - INIT SYSTEM. Ran Successfully.
6. DSNTIJEX - Did not run. Decided to use default Exit Routines.
7. Started DB V9 successfully.
8. DSNTIJTC - ABEND S04E
