Hi

I executed reorg index with no access in a particular table which is
in apend mode. And it was taking too much

time , that's why I force that application. Now I am not able to run
select * from ... with ur. It is giving lock time out. I fount that no
other application is running. I did not able to find out which process
is holding the lock.
