When I am using reorg index stop command, it is also comming in
lock-wait state.
The table have 7000000 records with 80 index. I did not able to
check whether it is properly rollback or not.
How can I check if any indexes hax been dropped due to force
command?

Do a db2pd -d databaename and -reorg command see what is the state
of
the reorg on the table ,most probably table should be in online
paused
state so stop the reorg and then try to select from the table.

I executed reorg index with no access in a particular table
which is in apend mode. And it was taking too much
time , that's why I force that application. Now I am not able to
run select * from ... with ur. It is giving lock time out. I fount
that
no other application is running. I did not able to find out which
process is holding the lock.
