The listing below shows the catalog entry for the database SIEBELDB as a
remote database. Consequently the instance at node NDE9DC27 is remote; (and
indeed, with the obscure and now defunct exception of a loopback database,
there would be no point cataloguing it otherwise).

Hi DBA's,
I cataloged localy one database in windows server. Though no one is
connected with that database, but it is giving SQL1226 the maximum no of
client cunnection are already started. SQLSTATE= 57030
When I using list application it is returning no data.
NODE directory entry :
Node name = NDE9DC27
Directory entry type = Local
Protocol = Local
Instance name = LOYADM
DB directory entry:
Database alias = SIEBELdb
Database name = SIEBELDB
Node Name = NDE9DC27
Directory entry type = Remote
Can you please help to fix that problem.
