Did you do a Runstats on the table? First time when it was loaded with
data? If yes then check the Buffer pool hit ratio. Give the details and
see the I/O operations being done to fetch the records.

Hi DBAs,

Because of my 4k tablespace was going to full, I created one new
tablespace in new filesystem and shifted few tables from the old
tablespace to new one. Now over all system is performing slow. No error
in diaglog, no lock-wait state, reorg check also shows no reorg
requires. All indexes are as it was and also tables contain the same
records as previous.
