We currently have our STTM turned on, but for the bufferpools we have them
defined to a specific value. If we set the database memory to a specific
value, do the bufferpools come out of that memory, or because there not set to
"automatic". It looks like it doesn't come out of the database_memory. I
just want to get confirmation on this.
