Hi DBAs,

One procedure is taking too much time to execute so I am tring to
rebind a sql procedure and it is throughing following error.

call SYSPROC.REBIND_ROUTINE_PACKAGE
('P','siebel.apj_notes','conservative')
SQL0443N Routine "REBIND_ROUTINE_PACKAGE" (specific name
"*BIND_ROUTINE") has
returned an error SQLSTATE with diagnostic text "-804, 07002, 100,
3, CHAR, 12,
IN".

How can I solve this.
