You can always add them to Control Center. I would suggest you verify
whether you see them or not using Configuration Assistant. Db2ca from
run line.
In Control Center, Click until you get to Databases under ALL Systems
then right Click databases and click ADD , Click DISCOVER. You should
see your databases now. Click to add them into Control Center.

Subject: Database not showing up in Control Center
I'm using DB2 9.1.3 on Windows.
From a DB2 command window, I issued commands to catalog a remote system,
catalog the remote instance, and catalog the database. After each
statement, I received the message that it was successful, but the
changes
might not show up until the database cache is cleared or refreshed or
something like that.
When I go into the Control Center, I can see the Server and the
Instance,
but the database doesn't show up. I can see the database if I issue a
list database directory. I can also connect to the database.
Any idea why I can't see the database in Control Center?
Thanks,
