Try using the db2untag command

When recreating a db2 database with the same database name, we periodically
run into a tagging problem. When attempting to create tablespaces we
receive the error "The container is already in use" when the logical volume
isn't even there. Does anyone know on AIX where this tagging information is
stored so we can clear it out? Thanks.
