You should put CLOBs and BLOBs data in a separate file and load the
data.

Subject: Data getting truncated during migration and data refresh --any
guess???
Hi All,
I am facing a serious problem of CLOB column data column getting
truncated during migration of data and during data refresh (at times).
Can you please let me know is there any settings in DB2 for maximum
column size while migrating the data?
Made an observation that sometimes data is getting truncated during
migration i.e. during export and import and especially during data
refresh.
For example, size of truncated data in target database is consistently
32700 bytes (what could be this magic number??, anywhere any settings?).
Any idea why data is getting truncated during migration and especially
during data refresh.
All suggestions are highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Syed
