SQL0911N with RC=68 means "transaction rolled back due to lock timeout".
So maybe check your LOCKTIMEOUT setting or snapshot (if there is) to see
if the target table is locked by another application.

About LOAD utility and LOCK, you can refer to DB2 Info Center ->
Administrating -> Database System -> Moving Data -> Loading Data.
