Friends,

I have an instance with 6 databases in v7, migrated all the databases
except one using db2 migrate databases command. When migrating this
database it is giving following error message,

db2 migrate db dqa026ta

SQL1088W The database was created, but an error occurred while binding
the
utilities. The utilities are not bound to the database.

Which is stopping me to connect to this database or execute any manual
bind command.

Can you help me if you have a solution for this problem.
