Hi all,
whenever I connect or issue any db2 statements,the following error is
thrown:-

No start database manager command was issued.

even if i issue db2start or start database manager command,its throwing
the same error. But when I restarted the system and tried to connect,
its connecting perfectly.

Can anybody tell me why this scenario could have happened.
