linux odbc

linux odbc

Hi,
I'm running Information Integrator on linux redhat 8:
DB2 v8.1.0.24", "s030728", "MI00054", and FixPak "3"

I have installed iODBC on my linux box and it works okay when testing
from iODBCTest and a java app calling the DSN. I can do this as db2inst1, the instance owner of the federated database.
The odbc driver manager (libiodbc.so.2.1.8) is in a directory which has been added to LD_LIBRARY_PATH
$ODBCINI is defined at system level.
The DSN is using the mysqldriver: libmyodbc3_r-3.51.06.so
I've created a wrapper pointing to the driver manager and created a server
calling the node (DSN name) but when I try to 'discover' when creating the
Nickname I get an error :
[IBM][CLI Driver] SQL075N Routine "" (specific name "") attempted to
execute a statement that is not allowed.
The official description of this error is: "The program used to
implement the body of a user defined function or procedure is not
allowed to execute the statement"

help appreciated.
