The error message says "(USERID DISABLED or RESTRICTED) The userid has
been disabled,
or the userid has been restricted from accessing the operating
environment at this time."

This is happening after migrating the database from v7 to v8 fp6. I can
connect to the database using instance id without using password

Connect to dpr30

But I get above error when I use this command with the user and password

Db2 connect to dpr30 user <instanceowner> using <pwd>

Any body ran into this problem?
