I am getting the following error while creating an instance on HP 11.23. The
error help does not say much. Can anyone help me out.

DBI1069E Unexpected error. Function = chk_kernel_conf, Return code = 20.

Explanation:

An unexpected error occurred during the execution of this
program.

information:

o Message number

o Function name

o Return code

o Problem description
