Hi,

I had faced a similar problem.
I did bind utilities files from the Client Configuration Assistant and
binded all the existing utilities ( Command Line Processor / CLI ODBC
Support / Data Import Export Utilities ) and all set. It started working
perfectly after that .... Also,i used the db2inst1 user which is my instance
owner..

I guess you can give that a try ......
