thank you! that worked and saved me from having to declare those tables as they already are volatile.

Subject: volatile tables
I'm new to DB2 and have learned so much from this forum.
I've been asked to alter some tables to declare them "volatile". I have the
syntax for that request but am wondering if there is a "describe" command
that will tell me if a table is already "volatile"? Any ideas? We're on v8
fp6 running on AIX v5.2.
Thanks in advance,
Jodi
