DB2CMD.EXE -> 0
SQL1652N File I/O error occured


I get this error when i try to execute the db2cmd from the command prompt.

Any ideas on this one ...

it was working perfect for few days and today after couple of weeks this is the error i get.
Also, when i try to un-install the DB2 it says

DB2 is currently running and therefore cannot be uninstalled. Please stop all DB2 processes and/or services and try again.

I have stopped all DB2 services or rather made all Manual start in the Services and rebooted my server. Still same error...

Is there a way to just remove all of it not going through the un-install process (the windows things of un-install applications) ??

Any Ideas would be great .. as i have to get this to work with next version 8.

This DB2 installation is on W2K and its DB2 7.x
