Thank you Lars,
I have actually ended up dropping and recreating the instance since
reversing the fix Pack to the lower level did not work. Too bad
documentation for the Information Integrator does not mention anything
related incompatibility with Alternative Fix Packs.
Cheers,
Dmitry.

Dmitry,
Make sure you're note impacted by the upgrade problem described in APAR

I got caught with partially upgraded instances but following the
recommendations fixed all federation issues for me.
I know it's supposed to be fixed in FP8, but sometimes something slips
by...

Re: Problem with Information Integrator
Daniel,
Thanks for replying.
There got to be a better way to address this issue then reinstalling the
software every time I need to have an alternative Fix Pack to be rolled
out. I guess you are implying that II does not support the Alternative
Fix
Packs?
If this is the case, then can I just rebuild all Relational Wrapper
libraries by setting all environmental variables for the new instance
using an Alternative Fix Pack binaries location and executing
djxlinkSybase utility?
Thanks,
Dmitry.
