It means you are running out of some sort of resource, probably paged
buffer. This is an NT error.
C:\>net helpmsg 1450
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.
Im thinking you may have overallocated some pools or you are at the edge
of the memory available on your machine.
You could try
DB2NTNOCACHE=ON
and see if that gives you relief, other than that contact your OS admin
person and discuss.

Problem in diaglog before db
crashes
Hi All
It happened every day now that when a certain program on our db runs that
it falls over after a while (+- 5 minutes) with a -900 sqlcode. The db has
crashed then and needs to be restarted. The message in the diaglog looks
like this: (Diaglevel 4). What does an internal error "0xFFFFB5AA"
mean?.
