Subject: Application ID holding oldest Transaction
I see this in the Database Snapshot -
Just what does it really mean ?
It stays the same for long periods of time .
- We are taking snapshots every 5 minutes for tracking purposes and I am seeing this value stay the same for many days at a time.
The Doc says something about this being a transaction that still has an uncommited activity.
I thought there is a way to time these out so they do not last for many many hours.
Is there a way ?
