I receive the following output from db2level.

with level identifier "02050106".
Informational tokens are "DB2 v8.1.1.40", "n040122", "U497250", and FixPak
"4".
Product is installed at "/usr/opt/db2_08_01".

Do I understand this correctly -
- v8.1, fixpack 4a was installed.
- the software is capable of 64 bit processing (the second ".1' in
the 8.1.1 level)
- however the instance has not been updated for 64 bit processing
(the 'uses "32" bits" phrase)

Please advise.
