Hi Experts,

We are using version 8.1 of UDB on AIX 5.2.0.0.

I want to update a clob field in a table . Clob field is of the size
5242880.

I can not write the value to be updated in a SQL statement because due to
very large size of datatype, length of SQL will become more than 64K and
which is not possible. (DB21006E The input command is too long. The
maximum length is 65535)

So I want my update statement to use some file as the updated value of clob
field. Can anyone suggest how to do it.
