Our names are more familiar on the MS SQL list.

IBM's own training on DB2 / UDB is good.

I have had no dealings with AS400; advice from colleagues is that this
environment is probably a bigger change than DB2 compared with Oracle or
MSSQL. This should probably go top of your training list.

Books. IBM Red Books have several useful titles. Also 'A Complete Guide to
DB2 Universal Database', Donald Chamberlin, pub Morgan Kaufman 1998 ISBN
1-55860-482-0.
