Hi Ashu,

4k * 250 pages comes around 1MB which is low by any standard.
Use a thumb rule of 1/3rd of the available instance memory to be
allocated to the BP.
However try looking into memory visualizer and enable the BP monitor
switches to find out more details.

low hit ratio for buffer pool having 4k Page size with 250 pages.
Is there is any relation between low hit ration and high cpu
utilization.
