DB2 UDB - How to reduce the high water mark of a tablespace

Hello

I would like to reduce the high water mark of a tablespace. It is tablespace
which used to have lots of tables in it and also large volumes of data but
now it is actually 1/3 used.

However the HWM is set very high and I cannot reduce the container size /
Tablespace size.

I have tried the following but it find that there is now of we reducing
below the SMP page

db2dart P8B /LHWM /TSI 33 /np 0 (DB offline)

===> above give me lst of tables to reorganise in place. I have done that
but still HWM is not coming down.

netx tried:

db2dart P8B /rhwm /tsi 33 (db offline)

===> This slighly reduce HWM and put DB in backup pending mode.

db is running now but I have not managed to reduce the size of the
tablespace which is 168 GIG allocated but only 60 GIG used.

Can anyone please help ?? We are fairly new to DB2 UDB on UNIX but have had
DB2 on Z390 and oracle for a long time.

Thanks
