This is what I have in the reloc.cfg file:

DBNAME=testdb
INSTANCE=appdev
DB_PATH=E:
LOG_DIR=E:\apps\logs,E:\appdev\testdb\logs
CONT_PATH=E:\apps\test*,E:\appdev\testdb\test*
