Hi divakar,

did you read and apply the command line output of

db2 ? SQL6031N

I would suspect that you changed the name of the server maschine.

Also check the output of

db2 get dbm config

for the line

TCP/IP-Servicename (SVCENAME) = <name of service>

if the name of the service listed there is the name in the /etc/services.
