Do not drop them and/or re-create them, though you could.
Lookup the "set integrity for <tablename> immediate unchecked" to
disable constraints, and "set integrity for <tablename> immediate
checked" to enable.
You can also do a "set integrity for <tablename> off" but that is a bit
different.
The "set integrity" command is documented in the Command Center Help
system.
