Have a look at the Appendix on 'SQL Limits' in SQL Reference ...
Your statement heap may need to be increased ...
I would suggest considering alternatives to passing this many values to the
IN Clause ...

I want to know how many values can be passed to this query, I mean in the in
clause.
My program may pass around 5000 values but I want to know the max values.
