I would suggest you keep those values in a table and do a subselect. where
in (select blap)
You are limited by 32K of SQL and the STMTHEAP size, check the sql limits.

Have a look at the Appendix on 'SQL Limits' in SQL Reference ...
Your statement heap may need to be increased ...
I would suggest considering alternatives to passing this many values to the
IN Clause ...
