db2updv8 should exist on a windows platform. If it doesnt, then you install
or upgrade didnt work.

Question (not important or urgent) : My Database "Toolsdb" (Catalag DB of
DASS Server) did'nt work properly after mygration.
Many Task Disappeared on Task Center.
Do You a suggestion for me please.

After having migrated my Instance db2 udb from 8.1.6a to 8.2.1 (Fixpak
8a),
I find following errors in db2diag.log file :

I think that it is related to Heath Center.
Then, when I try to open the Heath Center Monitor on Control Center,
I have AGAIN the following error :

function "SYSPROC.SYSINSTALLOBJECTS" which cannot be accessed.
