You need to do the db2jdbcbind command with the server, port and a 30 for
the percentage. Look it up in the admin and command guide
for version 8.
or you can drop those packages and doa db2 bind @db2cli.lst blocking all
grant public clipkg 30 (after the packages have been dropped)
