If you have not done the initial bind.

They are in the $INSTHOME/sqllib/bnd directory on unix
and sqllib/bnd on windows,

If you have not already done the bind and you know you will be doing HEAVY
development.

do a db2 bind @db2cli.lst blocking all grant public clipkg 5

(5 could be higher)
