Quest Central for DB2 is quite a good product. Sorry,I can't compare it with the others mentioned as I haven't used those.

Our company is beginning to evaluate performance monitors for DB2 on AIX,
Linux, and Solaris. I've seen but not had a chance to work with Omegamon
XE (now IBM) and BMC Smart DBA. If any of you would care to comment on
their relative merits, it would go a long way toward helping us make a
