If you are seeing this once in a while then it's firewall issue and you
need to work with network admins to run network trace route to fix the
problem, otherwise check your DB2COMM registry variable and make sure
you have cataloged NODE and Database correctly.

"10061", "*", "*". SQLSTATE=08001
Will, anybody let me know what could be the problem.
