windows 2000 advanced server
db2 v8.2

4 databases in 1 instance. can connect to them all except the one I have
ran the configuration advisor on.
Control centre and CLP both hang when attempting to connect. Message: "no
database manager running"
when i try and start the db manager the whole db hangs.
