Kondal,
I don't think there is a way to accomplish this. You will have to drop the tablespaces and then recreate them in the order you like.
You could backup your data, remove and untag the conatiners, drop the tablespaces, and then rebuild the tablespaces in the order you want them in, then redirect your backup back into the db.

Friends,
I have a database with tablespace ids 0 and 3 and I would like to add
specific tablespace ids 1 and 2.
I tried adding tablespace but it's created with tablespace id 4, that is
not correct.
Is it possible? if yes how do I accomplish?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
