This is memory issue, make more memory available to db2. there is just not
enough memory to load the stored procedure. tune the shared memory and
deallocate if over allocated. see the number of idle agents, number
prefetcher and page cleaner are optimimum.

Reason code: "9". SQLSTATE=42724

The error message means a shortage in memory but doesn't make sense
because
even the simplest stored procedures bomb with this problem. The complete
