Please Guide me on where to find information about User Management in DB2.

I need to create two users : 1 as Administrator and the other as User who in the begening have create rights but as the database is deployed he should have only access rights.

I tried using REVOKE CONNECT on a temp user created by me but despite of successful execution of the command I could still connect to database using the same user. How come.

I'm running DB2 UDB Express Edition 8.1 with Fix Pack 10 on Windows 2000 Server System
