How can I ensure that my Database is accessed by Only two users 1
DBAdministrator and 2. DBUser.

Kindly Guide on what needs to be done at OS Level and DB Level.

I'm running DB2 UDB 8.2 Express Edition with FIXPACK 10 on Windows 2000
Server Machine.
