Error was: Exec format error usually has to do with a library not being loaded correctly. I would increase your logging verbosity then start and stop the database to see if you can get more info on which library it may be.

Hi all,

I have Db2 v 8 in Aix and getting 'Error was: Exec format error' message
whenever i give the command 'db2start'. But the databse is successfully
started. Reply is highly appreciated.
