Hello All,

Is it possible to estimate the number of allowable piped sorts based on
the value of SHEAPTHRES and SORTHEAP ?

My Environment :
DB2 UDB 8.2,
AIX 5.3,
Partitioned databaase ( 8 logical partitions )
Total DB Size 4 Terabytes,
and its an DSS
SORTHEAP 127680
SHEAPTHRES 1021440

Also I cannot use any monitors as I'm in the design phase now. Please let
me know the procedure
