DB2 version 8.1
OS: AIX 5.1

1) Is there any DB2 tool simillar to ETL (Extract Transformation & Load)
tool (or ) Sql server DTS package .
i.e i need to migration from DB2 v8.1 to DB2 v8.1 having different table
structures.

2) What is the alternate for to_number(null) (oracle) in DB2
Example(Oracle): what is equalent in DB2

Select to_number(null), Name, Age from TableA
Union
Select Epid, Name, Age from TableB
