If you can handle a slower "backup" use db2move with a the schema you want
to back up. Its slower and does it a table at a time like an export.

You can not take a "schema" level backup.

You can backup databases and tablespaces. If you want to take a backup for
the entire schema, either have one schema per database or do not share
tablespaces across schemas and backup those tablespaces.
