I believe that connection to backlevel servers with V8 clients is not
recommended. The error you are seeing appears to be a bind issue. If you
bind the V8 client against the server it will probably work - with
limitations due to the different versions.

Hi All,

We can connect from UDB V8 DB2 CLP to a UDB V7 database from the command
line, but when using control center I'm getting the following error,
[IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/NT] SQL0805N Package "NULLID.SYSSH200" was
not found. SQLSTATE=51002

Any idea? Can I connect from Control Center on V8 to a database on V7?
