Db2 8.1.3 windows

My application is on .Net .

When I am calling a procedure from .NET, it is throwing the following
error.



Error Description :ERROR [42724] [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/NT] SQL0444N
Routine "*test" (specific name "SQL060120151303330") is implemented with

accessed. Reason code: "4". SQLSTATE=42724

I have recompiled the procedure and there is not much in the procedure
.Its just doing an update.

I think that db2 is not able to find the shared library for this
procedure. How can this be accomplished?

All other calls are working fine.
